Let the record show that as of 9:57pm on August 22, 2006, my cavtel.net address is no longer valid - repeat - no longer valid.
Un-freakin-believeable, I know, but I now get a "invalid user or password" error when I try that account. I know, I know... such an earth-shattering state of affairs that I should have posted it immediately, but it seemed prudent to wait at least 12 hours to see if that was a fluke.
Of course, there's always the possibility tthat they'll "fix" that again when they next break something and revert to a previous state, but hey, considering I haven't been a customer for a year now, I'd call this a customer service breakthrough for the Cave Boyz.
They must be so proud.
